Registration and Payment Process:
Registration fee: $ 275
A payment link is provided to complete the registration.
You can pay via credit card.
For Indian participants other options are provided.
A confirmation email along with balance payment link, will be sent to you after registration.
Balance payments to be made:
1) Within 45 days till June 30th, 2026
2) Within 20 days till August 15th, 2026
3) Complete payment after registration on August 16th 2026 onwards.
Cancellation Policy
Multiple Refund and Cancellation Policies:
If you cancel, your registration fee of $ 275 is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note that the balance payment amount will be processed after deducting the payment gateway charges and processing fees, a total of 10%.
- Refund up to June 20th – 100% of balance payment. (10% deduction)
- Refund after June 21st – 50% of balance payment. (10% deduction)
- No Refund after August 30th
